I went to sleep sat nite and woke up sun with a bruise on my right inner forearm about the size of a nickel but I didn t injure myself but I may have slept on my arm but it has never caused a bruise in the past by sleeping/laying on my arms. What could cause this? I ve had blood work done twice within last 60 days everything was fine except my blood sugar was high which is why I had the blood work redone and my blood sugar dropped and again everything else was fine.
