What Does My Wife Shiver And Feel Cold?

Hello, good afternoon. I need some suggestions. My name is Alex and my wife has felt high body temperatures twice this week already. Suddenly she feels like throwing up. We were in church and had to leave immediately due to her feeling really hot and wanting to throw up. We came home for her to throw up. I have her here laying down and resting but she shivers and starts to say her body is cold, her body hurts and feels pain in her stomach. She has not eaten any type of meats or poultry as she is in a greens diet and is currently drinking herbalife as a dietary supplement twice a day. What can it be? I need to know what is it I can do to help her recuperate? She does not want to go see a doc, what next?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
from history it seems that she might be having malaria or urinary tract infection where there is fever with chills or rigors.
Go for complete blood checking and routine urine check up.
Meanwhile give her paracetamol or ibuprofen as needed.
Give her plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
