What Does My Widal Reports Indicate?

Hello doctor, my widal reports shows that sal. Typhi O Antigen as positive 1:40 dil. and Typhi H Antigen as positive 1:40 dil., sal. Para Typhi AH Antigen as negative 1:20 dil. And sal para Typhi BH Antigen as 1:20 negative dil. Pls let me know if anything to be worried and the diet to be followed

1. Antigen titres for salmonella typhi, causative agent of typhoid are insignificant. That means your symptoms are not related to typhoid.
2. Paratyphi is not detected at all.
3. You can have a normal diet. There should not be any restrictions.
4. There is no need to get worried.
