Welcome to HCM. After looking at your UA, it is clear to me that you a "spilling protein" in your urine a term otherwise known and proteinuria. This is often manifested by many conditions the most common is kidney disease. Diabetics also spill protein and those with gromerular diseases for various reasons do the same. Now what is different or speaks against this is that your protein/creatinine ratio is normal owed to the fact that you have lower normal creatinine. At this juncture I would opt for a 24 hour urine collection specimen to further delineate the discrepancy. I hope this helps.,
