General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Two to four pus cells in urine are not suggestive of bacterial infection of urinary tract. So just now after completion of antibiotic course no need of taking further antibiotic. Drink more water, fruit juice to be consumed more, avoid excess spicy foods, cranberry juice and citrus fruit juice are beneficial. If no improvement consult pediatrician for examination and further work-up accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
