Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Your query is regarding the note which is put at the end of urinalysis report. It says there are certain precautions to be taken before going for urinalysis to avoid False positive urine test results

Certain foods and drugs ingested before or during the collection of a urine specimen can interfere with the accurate results . No need to fast or change your food intake before a urine test. however as mentioned in your report, avoid HIGH CONCENTRATIONS OF ASCORBIC ACID, NITRITES, AND PROTEIN, avoid intense athletic training or heavy physical work before the test because it may result in small amounts of blood in the urine.few drugs can affect urinalysis results. your doctor will ask you to stop taking them until after the test.
However if your report is normal then you need not worry.
