Hello, my urinalysis shows the following: Urine Color = Yellow Urine Appearance = Clear Urine Glucose, Bilirubin, and Ketones = Negative Urine Spec Gravity = 1.010 Urine Blood = Large (this was highlighted) Urine PH = 6.0 Urine Total Protein = Negative Urobilinogen = 0.2 Leukocyte esterase = Moderate (this was highlighted) Urine type = CCMS Clean Catch-Urine Epithelial Cells = 0-2 Urine WBC s = 11-20 (this was highlighted) Urine RBC s = 3-5 (this was highlighted) Urine Bacteria = None seen I m 37 years old, 110 lbs, 5 2 tall. I had kidney stones back in Dec 2015 and since have had several bladder infections/UTIs. For the past week, I have had flank pain, lower abdominal pain, and lower back pain. Today had painful urination. Had a blood test done to see how my kidney function is. Creatinine = 0.68. Any idea on what could be causing the pain if it s not an infection?

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your urine report with normal urine analysis
Color – Yellow___________________________normal
Clarity/turbidity – Clear or cloudy________________normal
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d___________negative ______normal
Ketones – None___________negative ______normal
Bilirubin – Negative___________negative ______normal
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025______1.010 ___normal
Blood - ≤3 RBCs_____________large_________haematuria
pH – 4.5-8____________________________6.0____normal
Protein - ≤150 mg/d_________negative__normal
Nitrites – Negative
Leukocyte esterase – Negative_________moderate_infection__normal
epithelial cells - ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf______normal
Urobilirubin – Small amount (0.5-1 mg/dL)
WBCs - ≤2-5 WBCs/hpf_________11-20_________infections
RBCs - ≤2 RBCs/hpf____________3-5_________hamoglobinuria
Bacteria – None_____________________normal
Creatinine is in normal range.
All your highlighted area in report are abnormal.

So I think you have urinary tract infection and inflammation in the urinary tract (may be in the kidney and bladder) or may be recurrent kidney stone.
I advice you to consult the urologist and go for USG and urine culture to find the above causes.
Doctor will give following treatment:
Antibiotic according to culture report, nitrozolim and syrup cidal, tablet pyridium. Drink plenty of waters and take juice of cranberry. Always take complete antibiotic to prevent the recurrence of infections.
Small stone can be remove in urination by giving diuretics.
Large stone require litotripsy and surgery.
Hope this may help you

Contavt HCM for additional health query.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
