Good morning this is the ultra sound results: Both kidneys are normal in size and location. However the right kidney is remarkably larger than the left. Parencymal echogenicity is normal. the praximal ureters, pelvis and calyces at the right are significantly dilated. The pelvis and calyces at the left are mildly dilated. The middle protion of each ureters is not visualized. the distal ureters are not dilated. No renal mass lesion is seen.

You have definitely right hydronephrosis, perhaps even left hydronefroses (which mean obstruction of urinary outflow). As i understand the obstruction seem to be in proximal ureter, and if it is bilateral some deseases of retroperitoneum could be envolved. How are your blood lab analysis (azotemia, creatinemia)? If they are ok you have to perform a CT scan so to be more precise for the cause and the level of kidney obstruction.
