What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

We have 3 kids and my wife concieve again. My last baby is 4 months and she is on mother feed. We had ultrasound today, it is 4 weeks pregnancy but there isnt heart beat right now, we just wanna discountinue this with some oral medicine or some thing which havent any side effects..... Kindly suggest me some thing

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Cardiac activity( heart beats) can not be detected before six weeks. So you don't need to worry. Do a repeat after a couple of weeks.
If you want to terminate this pregnancy, consult a gynecologist and he will direct you accordingly. You can have pills for this but ultrasound scan and gynecological monitoring is needed.
