What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi i have a recent ultrasound with results saying liver with a couple of 5mm echo genie foci with posterior shadowing which the radiographer thought might be related to calculi ? Gallbladder appeared thin walled Is it possible that there could be some vascular calcification what does that mean ?

Hi

It is better to get a detailed report or even better get a CT. It does mention calculus which means stone and they may need surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
