General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Suggestive of PCOD with endometrial hyperplasia. Based on the given ultrasound scan report you seem to be suffering from thickening of lining of the uterus due to polycystic ovaries. Polycystic ovary disease (PCOS) is a state of altered steroid hormone production and activity. Without progesterone and monthly periods, the endometrium becomes thick and the cells may become altered, leading to a condition called endometrial hyperplasia. You are advised to consult your treating doctor for further evaluation and treatment of infertility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
