Radiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Nabothian cysts are fluid collections from the glands of the cervix. These are usually nothing to worry about, but if they grow big, they can obstruct your normal period and cause pain. The odds of them growing that big are extremely low and many women have them and never know until they do a scan.

There is nothing you need to do as they are not dangerous.

All the best.

Your ultrasound findings are almost normal.
Main findings are nabothian cysts in cervix and fluid in cervical canal.
Nabothian cysts are generally age related asymptomatic developmental findings. It generally doesn't require any treatment.
Minimal fluid in cervical canal may be a non specific finding.

Other findings are normal.

Endometrial thickness is also normal.

However,findings need clinical correlation.
