Radiologist 's  Response
Hello, thanks for posting your query on HCM.
The uterus cervix and ovaries are normal in size and appearance.
Cul-de-sac, which is a space behind the uterus also shows no abnormality like fluid collection.

The finding that stands out is a thickened endometrium i.e. the internal lining of uterine cavity. A variety of causes such as benign hyperplasia, polyps, and malignancy are in the differential.
However, a correlation with your age, whether you are menstruating, on any medication and current symptoms are important to make a diagnosis.

Kindly speak to your gynecologist. You might be asked to go for a test to sample a bit of the endometrium.
Hope this is helpful.
