What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Hello 6 months ago, I had an ectopic pregnancy and my right Fallopian tube was removed. I had an ultrasound and my ovaries measured 10.3 cc (right one) And 4.1cc (left one) Can you tell me if this is normal ? Why the difference ? Would I have trouble conceiving again ? Thank you for your help

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound of the pelvis shows a normal sized right ovary and a smaller left ovary.
Conception depends on the fact whether the two ovaries are ovulating normally and regularly.
Removal of one of the fallopian tubes does not interfere with conception.
Thus, you can get a follicular scan to determine the ovulating capacity of both the ovaries.
