What Does My Ultrasound Report Mean?

Hi i am 23 weeks pregnant.. And i have a concern about the remarks on my ultrasound. It says : pregnancy uterine,22 weeks(+1 week) by fetal biometry, live, singleton, cephalic presentation. Adequate amniotic fluid volume. (SVP=5.3 cm). Anterior placenta, grade 2,high lying. Fetal face is not well-evaluated due to unfavoarable fetal position. What does this mean?? Thank you

Hello! thank you for writing us here.
congrats for the good news.
your report says that the size of your uterus is like a normal woman have at 22 weeks of pregnancy which is normal.
the baby is live, present with the head towards the pelvis which is normal as well.
the fluid in the yterus where the baby is present right now is adequate which is really good and the location of placenta is good. the face of baby is not visible because of the position where the baby is in your uterus (a camera shy child you're having ;) )
jokes apart, don't worry everything is going good.
god bless you and the little baby.

best regards,
Dr Gunjan
