What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I had my transvaginal ultrasound today and the results normal sized anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium,. Cystic follicle right ovary measuring 2.02 x 1.99 x1.55cm unilocular thin-walled and anechoic, my endometrium thickness is 1.94cm , hyperechoic, uterus is heterogeneous. What does it mean? Thank you
