What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Indicate?

my right ovary was measured as 2.3 by 1.8 by 3.5 cm and my left was 2.8 by 1.4 by 1.7 cm and my endometrial strip was 13 mm a few days before i got my period. Are my ovary size and volume small or normal? this was done my transvaginal ultrasound, i am 25 years old, have irregular periods.

Hello

Trans vaginal ultrasound(TVS)suggests normal findings.
Both ovaries are normal in size.
Endometrial thickness also appears normal.It varies with stage of menstrual cycle.
There are many reasons for irregular menstrual period.
You may need clinical correlation.
