What Does My Spine Report Indicate?

What does this mean? The C4-5 to C7-T1 disc spaces are narrowed. Endplate osteophytes border the disc space narrowing. The cervical vertebral body heights are normal. There is C4 on C5 anterolisthesis by approximately 4 mm on flexion. C4 anterolisthesis reduces on extension.
