What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Sperm Concentration (M/ml) 160 or = 15 Total Sperm count (M/ ejaculate) 240 or = 39 Morphology (% Normal) 08 or = 04 Vitality (% Live) 45 or = 58 Motility within 1 hour of ejaculation Total Motility (PR+NP,%) 35 or = 40 Progressive motility (PR,%) 25 or = 32 Pus cells 25-30/HPF RBC 2-3/HPF Epithelial Cells 0-2/HPF Small Agglutinates (++) Aggregates Nil Comments : Asthenozoospermia with evidence of genital infection. Its my semen analysis report.. Now please let me know about my problem and is it curable?

Hi welcome to health care magic...

Your report showing impression of asthenozoospermia means motility is less...

Pus cells present in significant amount suggesting genital tract infection...
So it could be the cause and treated with proper antibiotic course....
If needed semen culture can be done.....

Drink more water and fruits more....

Avoid smoking and alcohol....

Avoid stress and hot shower....

Hey fort like tablet can be given...

If still after proper treatment semen report remain abnormal than further work up done....
