General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your semen is infected with klabsiella probably due to seminal vesicle infection.

You need to complete the antibiotic course for that. Your sperm count and active motile sperm less in mentioned history.

After completion of the antibiotic course, you can repeat your semen analysis report. Mostly it will be normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
