on my seaman analysis test have 50 % sperum that's low
friend advise me surbex t tablets
plz help me for it can I use it or suges me other good tablets for my sperum count problem

Your semen analysis findings may indicate low sperm motility.
Normally total sperm motility should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests 50% motility,so it is mildly low.
Surbex-T is a multivitamin and you can take it safely.It is good for overall health.
Besides clinical evaluation,you may need investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,ultrasound of scrotum.
In your case,sperm motility may be increased with general methods.
You should take healthy and nutritious diet.
Take anti-oxidants in your diet.
Avoid smoking,alcohol if you take these things.
Avoid wearing tight undergarments.
If findings persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI etc.
