Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that with this semen analysis report it is not possible for you to become father. agglutination positive that means you have antibodies against sperm. pH 8 along with WBC and RBC is suggestive of infection. also motility is very low in your sperm. I advice my patient to take antibiotic for a week mostly I suggest a doxycycline 100 mg two times a day for one week. I also advice you follow up after a week. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
