Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts and reports of your semen analysis that you have posted I would state that your semen analysis report is within normal accepted range by WHO standards except presence of 1-2 pus cells which suggest mild infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .
You need to take antibiotics like Doxycyclin twice daily for 4 weeks.
Repeat semen analysis after completion of course of antibiotic.
