You have absolutely normal semen report.
Volume,consistency,pH and appearance of semen is normal.
Sperm count is also within normal limit.Normally sperm count should be above 20 millions /ml.
Morphology is also acceptable.Normal criteria is that at least 16 % sperms should have normal morphology.
