Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Looking at your profile, your sperm count seems OK.

As according to WHO guidelines greater than 40% of total motility (progressive + non-progressive) is normal and greater than 32% progressively motile normal. So I think your sperm motility and sperm count is not that bad. Seems OK. But you also had 8-10 pus cells in your semen which indicates infection, so first get the treatment by antibiotic course then have your semen analysis repeated again. It will be better than the present, though present seems OK.
