What Does My Scan Report Indicate?

Hello, I have just had my results from my NT scan and I am having trouble converting free beta hcg level to MoM. My results were 1/2127 risk. I am 28 year old and measuring 12 weeks LMP. My Pap reading was 1.05 but I was told my Hcg was 27.7? I don t understand that measurement as I thought it was suppose to be around 1. Are you able to convert that to the MoM value?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For a double / triple / quadruple test report, you just need to see the risk for various trisomies. Risk of 1/2127 is very low and there is nothing to worry. Rest the individual values and MoMs can be skipped for review by your doctor.

Thanks and take care
