Hello

Fibrinous changes in the placenta may be related to gestational diabetes mellitus, however it may be normally seen in pregnancy.
You may need screening for diabetes mellitus. There are also many other findings associated with diabetes mellitus like large baby etc.It is good that these adverse findings are not mentioned in your report.

Other findings are normal.Maturity of fetus is 28 weeks and 5 days.
Liquor amount is also normal.
Placenta is situated in posterior region of uterus.
Fetal rate is also normal and position of fetus is cephalic(means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis).

Wish you a happy and safe pregnancy.
Take Care
