Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest the retroverted uterus - its one of the normal variation of the uterine lie in relation to the urinary bladder.
2.Endometrial thickness is well with in the normal limits.
3.There is a cyst in the left ovary - with features of the complex - with septa and solid and cystic component.
4.Right ovary does shows a cystic features in the ovary.
5.In this case followup scan, and tumour markers and MRI for better anatomical evaluation.

Good luck.
