What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I have recently gone for a scan ? Cause for infertility the result shows slightly bulky, non gravid uterus measuring 67mm in AP diameter. Endometrial plate distorted. Hypoechoic/heterogeneous masses at the posterior section of uterus measuring (3.5x3.8)cm and (2.8×2.5)cm. No cyesis is found Both adnexia are free Pouch of Douglas empty Internal cervical Os closed. Please Dr am a bit confused does that means I can t conceive or I need a operation. Am so scared

Hello,

You are having fibroids. You should undergo medical treatment as drug Danazol for therapy.

Another option is embolization shrinkage of fibroids in which blood supply to these fibroids will be stopped. And you can be pregnant as some fibroids allow conception to occur but during pregnancy create problem.
