General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have a complete hysterectomy and you got positive HCG, I think that is due to primary diagnosis for which it was decided to undergo a hysterectomy.

I highly recommend to follow up with the oncologist to determine the right diagnosis and treatment strategy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
