What Does My Kidney Condition With This Creatnine Level Indicate?

hai sir , this is MOHD HAJI iam 19 years old male .. my creatnine level is 3.5 actually .doctor said that u have a gross hydronephrosis with thinned out paranchymal ......i consulted so many doctors but they not give right suggestion .........than what can i doooo and give me ur valable suggestion

Hello dear
Normal cratinine level in male is 0.6-1.4mg/dl.
Creatinine level tells about kidnney function in our body.
It is increased in kidney damage because it is not cleared by kidney.
As you are sffering from hydronephrosis, it damaged your kidney and thats why your cratinine level is high.
Take following advice
1. Take diuretic tablet: that incraesed your urinary flow and improve your kidney function
2. Stay hydrated
3.take lots of fruits like papaiya
4. Also do othe test like urea, cystatin c, electrolyte that help in disease management
5. If fever is preaent take tablet paracetamol and tablet cefixime to prevent infection
6. If condition will aggravate please consult best nephroloGist in your area
