General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This shows some extra and abnormal beats PVC. Premature ventricular contractions in a backdrop of normal sinus rhythm. There are multiple causes of it and needs further evaluation. Don't worry, they are usually benign and don't cause any hemodynamic deterioration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
