Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The transvaginal ultrasound report findings are as below

1. The uterus measures 5.5 x 4.5 x 4.3 cm and is normal in size.

2. The lining in the uterine cavity (endometrial thickness) measures 1.1 cm and can be taken as normal depending on your age and time of scan in the cycle.

3. Negative for myometrial mass means there are no tumors in the uterus walls.

4. Both ovaries are visualized with peripherally loyalted cystic follicles suggests the presence of possible polycystic ovaries.

5. Negative for cul de sac fluid shows that the area behind the uterus is clear and this is a normal finding.

Impression: This mentions the possibility of polycystic ovarian syndrome and can cause abnormal cycles and infertility.
