Hematologist 's  Response
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your first report suggest you have acute myeloblastic leukemia and second report suggest just an infection. There is a controversy in both report and one report is totally wrong. You should consult a haematologist and go for bone marrow examination. It will clear your all doubts, whether you have leukemia or not. Then you should take treatment according to your diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
