What Does My Following ECG Result Indicate?

my ecg results have this: HR: 69 bpm P Dur: 160 ms PR int: 200ms QRS dur: 81ms QT/QTC int: 430/463 ms P/ QRS/T axis: 91/101/84 RV5/SV1 amp: 0.983/0.275 mV RV5+SV1 amp: 1.258 mV RV6/SV2 amp: 0.594/1.053 mv Diagnosis: 800: sinus rhythm 307: Left atrial enlargemnet 203: right axis deviation What does this all mean?

Hi u have not mentioned your clinical details like history of hypertension diabetes mellitus copd. Dont worry for ecg finding it can be withinnormal limits. Ecg should be correlated with clinical finding. Consult your family doctor.
