Blood work results. I need to know what to do next? low omega 3 (which could lower the headache threshold) high homocyteine 14 - means methylation block - need methylation support - methyl protect or Rx MetNX to give methylfolate and methylB12 prediabetic - means diet is too carby therefore somewhat inflammatory ACTH is too high

low omega 3 means you are eating lots of junk and fried food, which will predispose you to cardiac problems and diabetes. Avoid junk food and fried food. Take boiled or roasted fish atleast 3 times a week. use olive oil for cooking. take omega 3 supplements. you can also take 10 to 15 almonds daily. Also you can take 1 table spoon of roasted flax seed twice daily. High homocystine predisposes you to heart attacks take lots of fruits and vegetables along with folic acid supplements. high ACTH could be due to adrenal insufficiency, needs to investigated further, but it definitely indicates that your body is under stress and your life style and eating habits are putting you in this situation. you need to work out a scheduled of health eating, exercising and sleeping.
