hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of your blood report is as follows:
1. There is slight decrease in number of platelets. The normal range for platelets is above 1,50,000 per cubic millimeter. In your case the platelets are 1,41,000 and there is presence of large sized platelets or macro-platelets on the smear.
This is suggestive of possibly a viral infection which is damaging the platelets and there is rapid turn over of the platelets leading to variation of sizes.
However, this change is only transient and the platelets come back to normal once the infectious agent clears away.
2. The other parameters MCHC, and ESR are within normal limits.

Thanks and take care
