What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi Dr. Samuel I am a carier of HbsAg Hepatatis B by my birth now Iam 36/M and my first test for HBV Quantitative PCR - specimen : plasma result 61,380 copies/ml - sensitivity : 100 copies on 07.11.2009.
and and my doctor advice me another 2nd test of HBV DNA QUANTITATIVE I have done the test on 28.11.2012.
got the result : Target HBV DNA Not Dectected.
Detection Range : from 6 IU /mL to 0000 IU/mL.
I have done SGPt - 28 -result units-U/L on 28/12/2012.
Please advice me your favorable answer is highly appreciated..

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of test results is as follows:
The hepatitis B virus infection is not detected on blood test.
Thus, hepatitis infection is absent in blood for all practical purposes.
The level of SGPT is also within normal limits (normal level is between 0-40 IU/L.
SGPT is a liver enzyme which is elevated in injury to liver cells by drugs, toxins, viral infections etc.
