What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Dear doctor, Few days ago I did blood test and I got the following results: RBC 6,89, HGB 186, HCT 56, WBC 5,4, PLT 194, MCV 81,3, MCH 27, MCHC 332. Other results are ok except ALT which is 52. I am 25 and I have this problem for several years. First they were saying it is because of puberty. In 2015. I visited hematologist several times who checked the level of vitamin B12 and the function of lungs (spirometry and O2 saturation). Given the results were normal I haven t done other tests nor received any treatment. After few consultations/controls I stopped going. I feel tired constantly and in the last month I have problems with dyspepsia. What do you suggest? Best, Milos

hii.welcome to our site.i have gone through your reports.normal value of ALT SHOULD BE 10 TO 40.but this value may be increased due to many reasons.fever, inflammation, puberty, they all cause its elevated levels.if you are so worried about your elevated ALT values then kindly do one ultrasound scan to see your liver status.thank you.hope my answer would have helped you.
