March 2016, blood work showed ALK Phosphatase of 135 and AST at 37.. (both slightly high).. blood work repeated June 2016 .. ALK elevated more at 182 and AST elevated to 39..... additional Liver tests showed High readings of Liver 1 at 99.2 (highest normal stated as 70.2), Liver 2% 14.6 (highest normal 8.0), Liver 2 at 26.6 (highest normal - 5.8, and Bone at 50.6 (high normal - 42.7) Bone %, Intestine and Intestine % and Liver 1% all in normal range... Placental not present... An Ultrasound showed Liver itself to be fine but Gall Bladder moderately impaired.. Sept 2016 I had my gall bladder removed.. Sept 2016 blood tests repeated which should have shown levels to fall after gall bladder removed...elevated still higher (ALK at 297, normal high 126 and AST at 69, normal high 36.. Primary has referred me to a SPC but spc is not scheduling an appt until March 2017.. Primary hopes it is because of numerous medications I take for Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Depression, Anxiety and BP (slightly elevated if no medication).... Should I be concerned and press to have SPC earlier or just wait.. When I check for meds I take affecting ALK and AST levels, only Tramadol is slightly mentioned (in only one article), that any of my medications are indicated as a possible association with the problem. I am overweight but lost over 100 lbs 2 years ago and have maintained my weight since then.. blood work not elevated when in Obese category. I try not to be concerned but it does hang over my head due to the uncertainty.. Do you have any input as to possible cause of these blood elevations.
