What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

For the past eight years my blood work comes up irregular in two areas; High MPV 12.3 and low absolut lymphocytes 642 but no one can give me answers. I have fought fatigue, weakness, malaise in the same time frame along with other symptoms. I have been tested for RA, Thyroid and Lupus and still nothing. Now the past 2 years I develop a burning rash on my face sometimes with a perfect circle shape the size of a quarter. Several drs said it looked like the mylar rash but still all tests come up negative

Hi, you have not mentioned yr total wbc count and total platelet count.
If these two are also low then aplastic anemia can be suspected.
Do B12 level to rule out megaloblastic anemia.
If you are taking certain drugs like aspirin, sulfonemides, antithyroid drugs then it can lead to such condition.
If still cause not clear then go for bone marrow biopsy.
