What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

I received a blood test with the following results that were abnormal. Urinalysis WBC Esterase 2+ abnormal and under microscopic examination WBC 11-30 abnormal. What should I do, if anything, as a follow up? The lab did a culture that shows less than 10,000 colony forming units of bacteria per milliliter of urine
