What Does My Below Ultrasound Scan Report Suggest?

after having an ultrasound scan it has come back as pelvi-calceal dilation which is with prominent calyces especially in the lower pole, also a dilated ureter right upto the VUJ on the left hand side. please could you explain what this means in laymens terms. thank you

Hydronephrosis of the lower pole with hydroureter with VUJ Stone obstruction with Vesico Ureteric Reflux /
In short in laymans words-
Its Upper Urinary tract obstruction-
- caused by-VEsico-Ureteral Obstruction by Stone-Causing backward regurgitation of the obstructed urine
-known as Vesico-Ureteral Reflux
-With HydroUreter(Dialated ureter ) and
-with Hydro-nephrosis-Dialated renal pelvis and calyx of the of the lower pole of the left Kidney
