What Does My Below Ultrasound Report Suggest?
Im 36/f. My report for my ultrasound is as follows: the uterus is anteverted, anteflexed and bulky. The organ shows multiple small fibroids, largest measuring 1.1x1.1cm with multiple small seedlings within. Endometrial thickness measures 11.2mm. I am 27 days late for my period and No i am not pregnant.

Your ultrasound shows that the uterus has many small fibroids and no pregnancy. However, it does not show a reason for your delayed period.
Have you changed your contraceptive method? Had a stressful (physical or psychological) event recently? These things can cause a delay in your period.
