What Does My Below Chest X-ray Report Suggest?

I am 27 years old male
for visa process i have been under went X-Ray Chest PA.
and report is
heart size :Normal
mediastinum :No E/O lymphadenopathy
lungs fields :No consolidation pattern noted
costophrenic angles : Free no e/o effusion / pneumothoraxnoted
soft tissue & bony cage : Appear normal
both domes of diaphragm : Appear normal

Impression: possible calcified focus noted at rt lower zone

WHAT DOES IT MEAN SIR

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given findings are normal one and as long as the calcification is concern it could be insignificant unless have some old history of pulmonary disease some time it could be artifact, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
