What Does My Below USG Report Suggest?

I m 5 weeks1 day pregnant my usg report shows intrauterine well defined gestational sac with 10.5mm with no foetal pole or yolk sac.But chorio decidual reaction seen...both ovaries normal.... internal os closed.. no lesions seen...pouch of Douglas clear. What this mean will I able to continue my pregnancy normally.

The fetal pole may develop later, between 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 weeks so it is quite possible that it would be seen with a later ultrasound.

Barring any other complications, your pregnancy should progress as normal.
