What Does My Angiogram Test Report Indicate?

my father gone for MR Angiogram n got finding of Multiple lacunar ischemic foci in bilateral cerebral hemispheres Bilateral Diffuse periventricular white matter ischemia. Moderate narrowing of the right internal carotid artery at origin 12mm length. Severe narrowing of the left internal carotid artery seen at 10 mm length. Mild narrowing of the bilateral supraclinoid internal carotid arteries. Pansinusitis is seen. plz guide me for possible treatment for it

Hello,

He is having multiple ischemic changes in brain. Major arteries internal carotid arteries are narrow may be due to atherosclerosis.

What is his complains. Any neurological deficit like palsy or weakness present.

He is Diabetic or Hypertensive? What are his lipid profile and ECG reports? With all the information only we can treat.

But now he needs These medicines:

1. Aspirin 75 mg 1 od
2. Clopitab 75 mg od
3. Tab. Atrovastatin 20 od daily. Review with reports will guide.
