Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is evidence of the gestational sac with in the endometrial cavity.
2.There is no heart beat mentioned - which suggest the pregnancy is very early.
3.Cardiac activity / heart beat will be heard 5.5 weeks trans vaginally and 6.5 weeks trans abdominally.
4.Since its not seen in the present scan in the followup scan - the scan can confirm the viability of the pregnancy.
5.The medication will help to stop the bleed and wellbeing of the further pregnancy.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
