What Does My X-ray Report Indicate?

59 yo female former smoker ask for a chest x-ray while getting yearly physical and this is the results please kindly explain what it is stating: PA AND LATERAL CHEST INDICATION: Former smoker Comparison 6/16/09. FINDINGS: The lungs are clear. The mediastinal contour and heart size are within normal limits. The pulmonary vascularity is normal. The osseous structures are unremarkable.
