What Does My X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I have knee effusion without any specific caused and as as report is was probably due to strain. 1 time aspiration 30ml fluid done, and x-ray show there is no bony lesion. It come back after 2 weeks of the aspiration ( i did sport since i feel it getting better) May i know did the knee effusion mean i cannot go for sport anymore ? Will the chances to reoccurence of fluid is high? My sport are normally in high intense workout.

Hi,
You have effusion most probablely due to strain.
I think it is non specific ,so will not reccure.
But do not do heavy workout to avoid strain again.
Light exercise and walking should be done.
take healthy diet along with antioxidents.
